Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between how I get a book and individual designs sent to me?
With books they are in a printed and bound form and are posted to you airmail. With the individual design range they are printed/packaged and posted to you by airmail. Or there is the option of having the individual designs emailed to you in a PDF format which open ready to read and for you to print out.

What will the individual design layout look like?
Just like you would buy in the shops. Lots of instructions etc are included. If we are posting the designs to you we have them printed.

How can I pay for designs?
See our Payment Options page. click here

How much is my currency worth compared to the New Zealand dollar?
View a currency converter. click here

How do I receive my individual design?
Once the purchase monetary amount is showing in the bank account of JMD Designs then your designs will be emailed to you or posted, depending on the option you have opted for.

If you find you cannot display the design on your computer screen you will need to download and install the FREE PDF READER click here to download  An Acrobat file can be displayed on any computer which has the free reader installed.
