Using Press 'n Seal Tutorial

This is a fine plastic film that is sticky on one
side. It can be used to stitch through when doing Applique, Quilting or
Needlework. It rips off easily after stitching and does not leave a
sticky film on the fabric. It can be purchased from most Supermarkets
internationally.

1. Trace quilting lines or design lines onto ordinary paper.

2. Place P&S over top of the lines. Trace design
lines from the paper onto the P&S.
Use a marker pen that will not smudge (water resistant) when it
dries.
Remove P&S from the paper design lines were
originally drawn on.

3. Place P&S over top of your sewing project.

4. Stitch through the P&S and your fabric all at
once. Then rip off P&S.
