1. All prices in the website include postage. (except designs emailed to you.)

2. All customers may use our secure shopping cart with payment made with either your Visa or MasterCard credit cards or PayPal.

Purchase Options
A. Individual design emailed to you in a PDF format for you to print out. B. With the individual design range they are printed/packaged and posted to you by airmail. C. Printed Books are printed and posted to you. D. Ebooks are emailed to you or posted to you on a CD.

New Zealand Residents Purchasing Options.

1. New Zealand residents can use the shopping cart for credit card orders or PayPal.

4. Please note the postal address once printed in copies of Janet's books of Alma Crescent is no longer in use.

5. Also New Zealand residents can buy some of Janet's designs, patterns and books from Trademe. They are not offered any cheaper on Trademe; but I know some people are more comfortable using the Trademe payment system. My sales can be paid for by internet banking or credit card on Trademe.

If you see something you want to buy within this website and it is not listed on trademe. Then email me and I will list it on Trademe for you if you do not want to purchase through this website. I am not able to sell PDF designs on Trademe.

- JMD Designs appreciates your trust and undertakes to keep all your information confidential.

- Our aim is to provide customers internationally with professional designs with instructions to those designs which are clear and precise. Janet prides herself on her professional attitude to giving the best possible in all areas in a caring manner.

1. Terms of Trade
- Internationally purchases are accepted via our secure website cart using MasterCard, Visa or PayPal.

- For New Zealand residents all prices include GST. - New Zealand consumer law polices are followed.

2. Currency
- All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$).
- Prices include GST.

3. Delivery
- Designs are emailed to the email address given with your order. Designs are emailed once your payment has been processed by JMD Designs bank. It takes the bank approximately 3 business days. Books or printed/packaged individual designs are posted to you by airmail.

- Postage is airmail for international orders. Once posted estimated arrival for international airmail post is 10 days.

4. Privacy Policy
- It is our policy not to pass your details on to any other company or third party organisation.

5. Security
- Your credit card details that you enter will be encrypted and secured by our secure server software (using SSL technology). This is the industry standard and among the best software available for secure transactions.

- Your credit card numbers are deleted once your order has been banked. We do not store any credit cards records.
