Design Size: 15.5cm square (6 inches)
Easy traditional needlework stitches have been used in
this Whitework design which is similar to the Mountmellick style of hand embroidery. The
design can be used on top of a cushion, framed on the wall and used to
adorn runners or dollies. It can be inserted in a quilt block or the
appliqued onto a bag etc...
All instructions include metric and imperial
measurements.
All fabric and threads listed are found easily internationally. There is a
full comprehensive stitch glossary and comprehensive stitching instructions
for the design above only.
Instructions suitable for those new to this style
of embroidery but have had some experience with a needle and thread before.
Instructions for the stitched piece
alone. Also
included is a straight edge border design and a sprig
design
to compliment the design above.
