Garden Delights
These 4 individual Blackwork designs can be
used for many things: book marks, needle case covers or extended to make a
border on a cloth or cushion. All 4 designs shown are included. Even weave
fabric such as Aida or Linen can be used to stitch on. On 25 count or #14
count fabric I suggest using 2 strands of six stranded cotton to stitch
with. The dark spots on the design are where the beads are sewn. The top
left square design is 40 squares wide.
Stitch diagrams/graphs and stitching instructions are included.
Instructions suitable for those new to this style
of embroidery but have had some experience with a needle and thread before.
A shopping list of fabric and threads etc are given. All fabric and
threads are easily found internationally.
