NO, IT’S NOT A ZEPHYR
The Fish body is felt padded up off the fabric by 5mm (1/4") with sections of rayon and metallic thread stitching. A wired fin comes up off the front of the body. The other fins and tail are made of rows of beads and metallic thread. The eye has a beaded centre with metallic thread outline. Sequins make the air bubbles. Design size: 10 x 7.5cm (4 x 3")

FANCIFUL FAIRY
Her head is felt padded up off the fabric by 5mm (1/4") with a beaded floral wreath. Her flower petal shaped dress has each petal individually felt padded. Her shoes are delicate metallic stitching. The wings are wired up off the fabric with a bobble buttonhole edging to them. From a side view her arms and shoulders can be seen. Design size: 15 x 6cm (6 x 2 1/2")

APRIL SHOWERS
The cap and stalk of the toadstool is raised up off the fabric by 5mm (¼") with felt padding. The cap is stitched over and highlighted with beads and sequins. The four blades of grass are wired up off the fabric. The daisy has it’s petals wired up off the fabric with a beaded centre. A quilting fabric with a washed effect was used. Design size: 7 x 6cm (3 x 2 1/2").

SECLUDED BEAUTY
The petals of the flower are each wired and sitting up off the fabric. Layers of beads sit piled in the centre of the flower and then thread loops sit around the beaded centre edge as stamens. Each leaf is wired up off the fabric. The tendril is wired sitting up off the fabric.
Design size: 8 x 10cm (3 1/4 x 4").

VALERIE'S CLOWN
The clown’s shirt and trousers are felt padded up off the fabric by 5mm (1/4"). The shirt has sequins for spots and the braces have bead buttons. The shirt collar is wired, sitting up off the shirt. The boots are felt padded. The hat is felt padded with a flower that has wired petals sitting off the fabric with a beaded centre. The hair is tufted out from the fabric. The juggling balls are felt padded with stripes. Design size: 13 x20cm (5 x 8").

ELEGANT MAISIE
Each petal of the flower is felt padded by 5mm (1/4") and highlighted with silver metallic stitching. The centre of the flower has a raised pile of beads. Miniature silver beads sit inside the curl on the edge of the petals. The leaves are wired up off the fabric. Miniature silver beads on top of miniature silver sequins highlight the background of the design. A quilting fabric with a washed effect was used.
Design size:  9cm (3 1/2") square.

PETER’S PUMPKIN
Each segment of the pumpkin is felt padded in a different thickness to give a rounded 3D effect. The flower has each petal individually felt padded and a beaded centre to the flower. The leaf is wired up off the fabric. The 2 tendrils are wired sitting up off the fabric.
Design size: 10 x 13cm (4 x 5")

MY SHINING STAR
The total starfish is raised up off the fabric by 5mm (1/4") with felt padding. Strips of yellow, green stitching with copper metallic stitching fill the inside area. Copper beads highlight the centre and down each arm. Around the outside of the starfish a continuous row are green beads are placed. A quilting fabric with a washed effect was used. Design size: 7cm (3") square.

Each book is A4 (8 x 11 1/2") in size. Coil binding has been used on the book spines, so when snuggled in your favourite chair you can easily keep open the book on your knee while stitching. No having to juggle the book to keep it open on the page you need. The covers have colour photos of the main projects and the contents of the books are printed in black and white.
