The
Eva Owl Event
Random Prize Draw
Thank you to all those that entered their version of my Eva
Owl design. It have been wonderful receiving all the photos and enjoying
all the creativity and skill that went into each piece. I have decided
that all that entered deserve 2 free designs in PDF format from
my range. So if you entered please email which two designs you would
like free. Look at the navigation to the left for the "Needlework" and
"Quilting/Applique" links to see which 2 designs you would like. Then
email me the design names. I have all the email addresses of those that
entered to verify who actually entered. Once again thank you too all the
took the time.

Everyone is
still welcome to add your version of your Eva Owl to the collection but
no more free design draws.

Hi Everyone, often when I draw a design
I think about all the different styles/techniques that the design
drawing could be stitched/made into. Unfortunately there are not enough
hours in the day to make every variety I can think of. Above are 2
photos of examples I have made so far.
So with your help I thought we would
produce a gallery of photos of the “Eva Owl” I have drawn. I am not the
“Artistic Police” and I want you to enjoy your making process. So think
of this as an artistic event not a competition at all. It will be fun to
see how many different countries we can get people to participate.
Using the Eva Owl
design drawing featured on this page stitch/make your interpretation by:
Category One:
Hand stitched Needlework or hand stitched fabric Applique;
or a combination.
Category Two: Made in any
mixed media as in painting, machine stitching, mosaics, rug making,
felting, sculpture, scrap booking etc etc the world is your oyster.
